Overview

KNS is a brand committed to embracing style and delivering the perfect fit. To strengthen internal connection with the brand’s core principles, the Mission, Vision & Values Rollout was developed as a visual and experiential initiative that brought the company’s guiding principles to life.

The Brief

Develop a cohesive internal visual experience that reinforces the brand’s mission, vision, and values in a way that feels engaging, meaningful, and memorable.

Goals

  • Reinforce core company principles in a memorable way

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned internal touchpoints

  • Connect employees to Mission, Vision & Values visually and experientially

Solution

I developed a multi-touch system of visual assets and branded materials that translated the brand’s core principles into physical and digital experiences. The system included custom employee value cards, branded apparel, swag, and an internal website that centralized culture and connection.

Visual System

To make values tangible, I created a visual language based on the brand’s personality — expressive typography, color harmonies, and playful layouts. These elements were applied consistently across environmental and material touchpoints.

Internal Experience Elements

This rollout also included an internal website that served as a hub for employees to explore and connect with the brand’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Outcome

The rollout created a stronger internal culture, increased employee engagement, and helped make the company’s values both memorable and meaningful. The visual expression reinforced that KNS’s identity is not just stated, but lived by its team.
