Creative Direction, Brand Integration, Event Visual System, Print & Digital Assets

The Challenge
Two established brands were coming together through an acquisition and needed a clear, cohesive visual presence for the announcement and launch event. The creative needed to reflect collaboration, momentum, and a shared future while respecting each brand’s existing identity.
The Goal
Create a unified visual system that:
Communicates partnership and alignment
Feels elevated and celebratory
Scales across environmental, print, and digital touchpoints
Establishes a recognizable look for the acquisition announcement
The Solution
I developed a flexible event visual system that blended elements from both brand identities into a new, shared language. The system was applied across signage, stage visuals, printed collateral, digital screens, and internal communications to create a cohesive and immersive event experience.
Event Visual System
Visual Identity
A custom event identity built from shared color tones, typography, and graphic motifs that symbolized connection, movement, and forward momentum.
Brand Integration
Brand Harmony
Careful consideration was given to how both brands appeared together across layouts, lockups, and messaging to ensure balance and visual harmony.
Environmental Design
Event Environment
Visuals were designed for large-scale application across stage screens, wayfinding, wall graphics, and environmental signage to create a cohesive on-site experience.
Print & Digital Collateral
Print & Digital Assets
Supporting materials included programs, signage, presentation templates, and digital screens, all aligned to the event system.
Outcome
The event successfully introduced the acquisition and collaboration between both brands, providing a cohesive visual experience that reinforced alignment and shared direction. The visual system was later reused across internal communications and future acquisition-related materials.
Key Takeaway
Strong brand integration and system-driven design create clarity and cohesion during moments of organizational change.
